My Story

Growing up, my parents often told me that if I loved what I did for a living, I would never work a single day in my life. My interest was steered towards the field of psychology from a very young age. I was inspired by a close connection who advanced their career first as a Marriage and Family Therapist, and then as a Ph.D Clinical Psychologist. Through this person, I was fortunate to be exposed to a variety of wonderful mental health practitioners in my personal life.

My interest in the field of psychology deepened as I further engaged in diverse training with experts in the field that were passionate about supporting people in changing their lives for the better. Being local to the Bay Area, I pursued and graduated with my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the APA-accredited school Argosy University.

During my training and studies, I was very fortunate to work in a variety of settings including counseling centers, school-based programs, in-home therapy, Kaiser outpatient programs, mobile crisis (partnering with first responders) and hospital settings (both inpatient and outpatient). I look forward to bringing my years of experience to our sessions and supporting you in creating change.
